How long will my carpets take to dry?
Usually within two hours.
Must I move furniture?
Please don’t as we do. Please do move smaller breakable items prior to cleaning.
How long does it take?
Usually it takes around 45 minutes to clean each room/area. Most jobs completed within three hours and (almost) all within a day.
Can you remove stains?
Most stains can be removed and we spot treat by hand using a range of products. Some stains can not be removed; dyes, bleaches etc and if we cant we believe no one can.
How long should I wait between each cleaning appointment?
One year. But this depends on the use of the carpet and the number of people (and animals) living at home. Some clients choose bi annually or every other year.
Do you clean Sisal and Seagrass flooring?
Sisal and Seagrass carpets are Dry-Cleaned with our Dry-Compound cleaning system. The cleaning is effective and totally safe leaving the carpets dry and ready to use almost immediately.
Must rugs be taken away to be cleaned?
No. All rugs and furnishing fabrics are cleaned at the home-we provide a mobile cleaning service-there is no need to have anything taken away.
Do I have to be there when you do the work?
Not at all-please be there to let us in and we will be happy to leave your home exactly as we found it except with very clean carpets etc!
Do you clean antique and ethnic rugs?
All rugs can be cleaned irrespective of age and condition. Fabrics are tested prior to cleaning for safety and quality of service-if we feel unable to continue safely we would not continue and make no charge for the visit.
